Background

The Scrumanetics™ PSM1 Training Program was created by the founder, James E. Tessier, PMP, PSM1, SPC and has been greatly improved by the contributing PSM1 candidates – class enrollees, and our wonderful instructors and Scrum teams.

Mission & Vision

With life’s financial burdens felt by the masses, a clear, doable, and affordable means was needed to quickly allow enrollees to re-tool and enjoy life as a PSM1 Scrum Master.

  

In 2023, PSM1 Scrum Masters earn six-figure salaries.  The founder feels that a more dignified and equitable way was needed for people to earn a good salary – rather than to depend upon handouts or student loan forgiveness.
